Our lead time is 10 days, and you can select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. 

We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with all deliveries scheduled for an AM drop. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you pallet tracking details so you can stay updated on your delivery.

We’re pleased to offer free delivery on orders over 20m2. 

For smaller orders, the delivery charges are as follows: £100 for orders up to 5m2, £90 for orders between 6m2 and 10m2, and £80 for orders between 11m2 and 19m2.

Yes, orders include tracking details, which will be provided to you as your delivery date approaches.

At Green Roofs Direct, we do not accept returns. However, our team is always here to help!

To calculate how much green roof you need for your project, simply measure the length and width of your roof in metres and multiply these numbers together to find the total area in square metres.
