Our green roof systems are designed to cater to a variety of needs, from small garden roofs to extensive commercial projects. Our EverMat consists of three layers; a filter fleece, a substrate layer and a sedum blanket. Here's a breakdown of our current offerings:

- EverMat Shed: At £38 per square metre (ex VAT), this system is perfect for small garden roofs, weighing 35kg per square metre.
- EverMat Garden Room: Ideal for garden rooms and residential extensions, this option is priced at £43 per square metre (ex VAT) and weighs 50kg per square metre.
- EverMat Core: Designed for domestic and commercial roofs, this robust system is £52 per square metre (ex VAT) and has a weight of 70kg per square metre.

For finishing touches, we offer metal trims at £16.50 per linear metre ex VAT and pebble border at £6.80 ex VAT per linear metre, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and drainage of your green roof.

- Watering: Newly installed green roofs may require occasional watering until established. After that, our sedum is drought-resistant, needing minimal water.
- Weeding: While low maintenance, occasional weeding may be necessary to remove any unwanted plants that take root.
- Feeding: Apply a slow-release fertilizer once a year in spring to encourage healthy growth.
- Inspection: Regularly check your green roof, especially the drainage system, to ensure it's clear of debris and functioning correctly.
