This agreement applies as between you, the User of this website and Green Roofs Direct, the owner(s) of this website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. Availability

Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. Designs on certain accessory items may vary, according to supply.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within around 2 working days. We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or couriers. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 2-3 days, In any instance, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Green Roofs Direct, but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.

You have the right to a full refund of the product purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept refunds for the purchase of sedum matting where it has not been correctly maintained. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
